On the 9th of December 2014 A.D., His Highness, Esger I, Prince of Rzagorod, on behalf of the Estates-General – which was summoned by His Imperial Highness, Deniz Grozny, may the Almighty God bless his reign, last weekend – presented the Grand Prince with an document known as “On advice of all the Land“, in this document it was publicized that the Estates-General – thus the People of Pavlov – would like to grant the Grand Prince with the titles of Imperator and Augustus and grant him the styling of Imperial Majesty, “Due to the fact that Pavlov is the Fourth Rome, it is in all of our eyes only logical that our leader should take up the titles and styling of his noble predecessors”. Furthermore was it advised to annex the lands of the Principality of Rzagorod, a long-term vassal state of Pavlov, making it a province of the State.
Based upon this HIH Deniz Grozny, wrote a decree accepting the titles, styling and the annexation of the Principality of Rzagorod. The Decree reads in full as following:
We, Deniz, By the Grace of God, Grand Prince of Pavlov, Emperor and Autocrat of the Romans and of the Entire East, Head of the House of Karapavlovič, Commander of the Faithful and Custodian of the Pavlovian Faith, Grand Prince of Tver’ and of Torzhok, Khaan of Qazan, of Qasim of the Steppe and of the whole Realm of the Tatars, Prince of Gastón and of Kolchaksaray, Duke of Derskovia and Viadalvia, Sovereign in the Order of the Asena, in the Order of the Pavlovian Lion and in the Order of St. Nektarios, Co-Grand Master in the Order of the White Pigeon, Lord of all the Dependencies and Borders and of many other Countries and Peoples, do hereby send Our greeting!
Whereas Our most loyal subjects have granted Us with their most respected advise in through their document “On advice of all the Land” We hereby decree that we accept the title of Imperator and Augustus, granted to Us by Our Estates-General, and accept the styling of Imperial Majesty as granted to Us by Our Estates-General. Furthermore let it be known that after terms has been set with the Government of the Principality of Rzagorod, We have annexed their state and made it an Province of Our Holy and Roman Empire.
